I accept CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and United Healthcare. For other insurance networks, I am an "Out of Network Provider," so you'll need to pay the full session fee upfront. If you have Out of Network benefits, I can provide a monthly bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for details on your Out of Network benefits and reimbursement process.

The initial assessment (55 minutes) costs $220. Each individual counseling session (55 minutes) is $180.

I am available for sessions Monday-Thursday between 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

All therapy sessions are conducted online via a secure video platform. In-person therapy is not available at this time.

I primarily serve clients in Maryland, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Virginia; however, I see people across the US depending on goodness of fit. Thanks to the PSYPACT Commission, I can practice across state boundaries. For more details on whether you live in a PSYPACT approved state, visit www.psypact.org.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Frequent late cancellations or missed appointments without notice will incur a $50 charge.
