• I am In-Network with the following insurance plans:

  • CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield

  • United Healthcare

• For all other insurance networks, I am considered an "Out of Network Provider," which means that you will be required to pay my full session fee at the time of service.

  • If you have Out of Network benefits, I can provide a monthly bill for you to submit directly to your insurance company to receive reimbursement.

  • Please contact your insurance company directly to find out if you have Out of Network benefits for therapy sessions and to ask any reimbursement-related questions.

• Initial Assessment (55 minutes): $220

• Individual Counseling Session (55 minutes): $180

I am available for sessions Monday-Thursday between 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM.

All therapy sessions are conducted virtually via a secure video platform. I do not currently provide in-person therapy.

I am authorized by the PSYPACT Commission* to practice psychology across state boundaries.

In addition to treating clients in Maryland, where I reside, I also serve people from the following states:

• Washington D.C.

• Pennsylvania

• West Virginia

• Virginia

​ *PSYPACT is an interstate compact which offers a voluntary expedited pathway for practice to qualified psychologists who wish to practice in multiple states. PSYPACT is designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries. In order to practice telepsychology in PSYPACT states, psychologists licensed in PSYPACT states only, can apply to the PSYPACT Commission for an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT). More information regarding PSYPACT and its requirements can be found at www.psypact.org.

I appreciate having, at least, 24 hours notice of cancellation. There is a $50 charge if late cancellations occur frequently or if you miss an appointment without prior notice.
